BIO

Meagan Kirchner is the sole practitioner and founder of the firm. She has nearly a decade of experience in complex business immigration law. With her expertise in Immigration Law, Mrs. Kirchner is sought out by and represents clients throughout the United States and has worked with clients from around the world. In her practice, she specializes in Business Immigration with a niche focus on  non-agricultural temporary H-2B visas. Ms. Kirchner has sucessfully assisted hundreds of employers to cross thousands of workers during her career.
