FEES
INITIAL CONSULTATION
We offer an initial 30 minute strategy consultation for $150, where we can discuss the viability of your case and outline a clear plan tailored to your needs. This fee will be applied to your balance if you decide to retain our services. The consultation fee must be prepaid before the scheduled consultation.
FLAT FEE PRICING
We believe that clients should know up front what their lawyers will charge them.

We use transparent, flat-fee pricing that eliminates the uncertainty of how much you will spend on your legal matter. Flat fees are customized for each specific client’s needs and we will always agree up front on the flat fee for the matter before we begin our work. We don’t bill by the hour because we believe our clients should be able to budget for their legal expenses.

*In limited circumstances, an hourly rate of $350 will apply for services, including but not limited to, RFE and audit responses.

NOTE: Government filing fees, translations, advertising, education evaluations, courier and postage fees, and related non-legal services are billed separately to the client and are not included in the flat fee agreement.
